PWF member David McGinnis and I fished Heartbrand for the 1st time on Sunday afternoon (4/25). Caught 25 between the two of us, mostly dinks, with the biggest being 3 lbs. Best action was on a chatterbait and wacky worms. Not a bad day, but we had high hopes given the property’s reputation. I can confirm the reports of a growing algae / moss problem as we had to stop down and clean the trolling motor several times.
