Arrived at 7, hit the brush piles, the "fishy, shallow area", with jigs, TR worms, flukes, meds, and wacky to no avail. 

Decided to try the shoreline opposite the boat ramp after 8 as darkness approached and worked my way back to the boat ramp. Found 1 (2lbs) hiding against a small tree. 

Nice evening to be on the water. Glad to find one.
