Lures Used : Senko wacky style and purple flake 5 inch worm Texas rig
Had a lot of rain in the days up to my afternoon at this lake and it was a light drizzle off and on most of the afternoon. The weather may have put off the bite. Also, the lake was at its highest level and this too may have reduced things. But, I had a fun time regardless and really appreciated the small pontoon boat that they offer. It has plenty of room for two fishermen and is very stable and comfortable. I will come back again when the weather is more condusive.

The weather is definitely mixing things up for the fish and the fishermen. Pecan Gap has some great fish in there but they can be picky some days; glad you enjoyed the boat, it is a great property and hopefully the fish will be more active when you go back.
