I hadn’t been out there in years so the water was really low understandably.  The low water made it easier to fish along with the hydrilla.  The weather was cloudy with light winds so was a good day to be on the water in May.  The water is clear as usual so we were fishing the edges of the hydrilla along deep water.  There was no top water action.  We caught a total of 39 releasing 2!   If we ever get enough rain to fill it back up then it will be interesting to see what we catch after culling is finished.
