Slow morning, was not able to get any takers on anything moving except for a big bluegill. Switched over to texas rig senko and started catching, but only along the north bank off the grass line.

Largest was a 5-13, which was caught right after a 5-3.

11 overall, smallest was about 1.5lb and chunky.

These bass love the deep water, they will run and put up a good fight before coming into the boat.

Met Joe the owner, real nice guy that gave us some good tips about the layout. Joe mentioned a recent tilapia stocking, could not get the bass to key in on tilapia color yet. Did observe some type of  fish boiling(tilapia maybe?) but no bass activity around them.

I didn’t recon this place before going out, but this is the last aerial photo without water overlayed with the current pond. Joe had mentioned the reverse delta shape underwater. That looks like a good spot to target for the next time.
