We were chased off the lake twice by nearby lightning, and didn’t get as much fishing in as we would have liked. The lake is still very low. Locals have said that the Bandera/Medina area has not been getting the same rain San Antonio has lately. We were able to catch 12 smaller LMBs even with the limited fishing time. Several large catfish could be seen trolling the shallows. No crappie.
