I took a friend with me this morning, even though the weather man said it would be very windy. The wind held off until late morning so it turned out to be a good trip. The lake is down at least 5 or 6 feet. Between us we caught two bass under 14” and 7 huge sunfish. I think each of the coppernose weighed more than the bass. We tried everything we had and could not find what they wanted. I think the two bass we caught felt sorry for us and jumped on our baits. Maybe next time.
