We did an AM trip and caught 12 fish. Top water plug accounted for two, no other top water action. The fish were pretty finicky likely due to all the rain they've had out that way.  A couple blow ups on a plopper, frog, and popper. Had several followers and other nip at a swim bait but they wouldn't commit. I threw a Z craw for a while which is usually money but they didn't care for it, at all. Caught a dinker on a black lizard with chartreuse tail and no other action out of that bait. My son went to a black and blue Senko and that was what they wanted. He and my nephew were throwing them Texas rigged and they both were catching 2,3,4 pounders. This like appears to have a good quality of fish. I think there were only 2 smaller fish caught, all the others were around that 3 lb mark and they fight HARD.
