Fished this property from 0700-1100.

Conditions:

water temp: 53
air temp:  64-71
clarity:  clear to 2 -3 ft
wind: 3-5 mph
sky:  mostly cloudy with front approaching

To begin with top water (torpedo) got several short strikes along with a shallow running crank bait, but could not land anything.  Tried soft plastic jerk bait (green/red fleck) and had several short strikes, but no takers.

Switched to a chartreuse fluke and caught one undersized.  Switched to a hard jerk bait (orange/chart/white) and caught two undersized.  Since no real pattern was emerging, I tried a spinner, deep diving crank, Tx-rigged worm, but no takers.  WIth 30 minutes remaining, I switched to a med diving crank bait (orange/gold) and caught three (one over 14”).
