As has been reported recently, the bass at AA Lake are well fed!  So much so that the only thing I could get a bite on Thursday morning  was something that looked like a shad. They ignored the wide variety of baits I offered and 2 dinks and a 5.25 were the only three fish I could get to commit to anything. A Livingston shad pattern crankbait accounted for those three, plus several schooling bites that didn’t hook up. The fish in AA Lake will be bruisers one day!
