My son and I fished Black Jack the afternoon of Nov. 25.  The wind was blowing so hard that we could not use the boat.  We caught 8 all along the dam, culled 1.  My son caught a beauty, 6# 8oz.  A good day considering the conditions. All but one of the eight were caught on top waters.
