I went  today (9/5/2021) with my girlfriend and, despite us getting there after sunup, we were pretty much on them the entire time. Withing the first five minutes she had caught her first bass ever, 6lbs. I never caught anything that big, but I had about 12 on big swimbaits and six on a trig by the end of the day. I also missed about six that I saw and one that broke a hook off my glide. We totaled about 30 bass during the day (we took a four hour heat break) and none were under two pounds. Property is looking like the owner is no longer there and can be just a bit hard to find, but it wasn't  awful.  Wouldn't  go with any vehicle that doesn't  have decent clearance  though. The road to the lake is rough.
