Vern and I put in just before 7:00 and finished just after 3:30 with a 20 minute break for lunch.  Weather was great with starting temp at 66 climbing to mid 80s with cloud cover most of the day.  No wind early, but built to 10-15 in the afternoon.  Got a few on top water early and then switched to plastics.  Fish were tight to the bank early and moved into deeper water after mid morning.  We caught fish all over the lake including the middle of the lake.  Ended up with 75 total about evenly split between the 2 of us.  Most fish were very healthy chunks.  We culled 15.  Have not had as productive a bass fishing day since fishing El Salto in Mexico over 10 years ago.  Dub came out early and said hello to Vern.  I was on the other side of the lake fishing from the bank and missed him again (never met him).  Like all of the other reports, Vern said he was a great guy.  We will be back
