Fished Hidden Springs Ranch for the first time. 
It was a brisk 35 degrees when we arrived and the water temp was around 58.
Started out the morning learning the layout of the lake until things warmed up. 
Caught 11 total with 2 culls, 8 ranging from 2-4 lbs and biggest was a 5lb dock rat that came off of a DT-6. 
Caught a majority of the fish stroking a fluke out in submerged grass with the high sky's. 
Slow way to catch them but with the high pressure they weren't doing much. 
Lake looks like it has good potential. I know I caught it at a tough time though as the property owner stated the lake had turned in the last week or so which would make sense because by reading all the reports stating it was normally a clear lake with up to 6’ visibility and today I would have been lucky to see 6”. 
All and all a great place and I'm definitely going to hit this one in the spring with all that sandy bottom!!
