Total Fish/Sizes : 17 total. Two 5lb+, Thirteen 1-3lb’ers, two under a pound and two crappies.
Lures Used : Chatterbait early (caught a few). Moved to soft plastic, Texas-rig style and fished deep and slow. Caught majority of the fish on the soft plastic (watermelon color mostly).

We had 4 of us and fished a half-day (morning) at Brushy creek. We caught almost 20, and about 12-14 of those were solid. We caught two over 5lbs and even the smaller (2 – 3 lb'ers) fought well. We even brought in two nice crappies, that normally someone would have harvested but no one was set up to bring fish home. 
 

Finally got on them after switching to watermelon colored soft plastic set up weedless and Texas style. Had to fish it slow and thru the grass.
