Fished the New Year's Eve afternoon at crossroads ranch, the lake was a bit low so launched the boat from one of the points to avoid the mud. Landed 20 bass with 7 culls and 4 of the fish at 2lbs. Fish were caught along the dam, around the trees in the lakes center and along the shore closest to the boat. Top lures of the day were the spinner bait, jerk bait and underspin. Weather was in the 70’s, wind was not too bad and the fish were biting. The lake is very clear with lots of trees and submerged timber to target. The fish are aggressive and it is a fun lake to fish.
