I fished this property on 11 Feb from 0715 - 1145 and caught at least 39 (missed about 4).  Most were in the 2-3 # range and there were only a couple of dinks.  Most looked healthy and were agressive in taking the lure.

Conditions:

Air temp:  32 - 50
water temp: 49
clarity:  3-4 ft
clear sky; post-front conditions
winds:  very light to start, but probably 5-10 when I left.

Successful lures:

- suspendidng jerk bait; gold/red/silver; 17 caught
- med diving crank; red/black; 15 caught
- deep diving crank; aqua/green; 7 caught

Most were caught on the bank where the boat is stored and the large sweeping cove to the right.  Also, if standing timber was in either of those locations, that really produced.

Lake conditions:  The property has not caught any of the recent rains so the entire right side is dry, but the remainder still has depths to 20 ft.

Boat is in good condition.
