Water clear, 58 degrees,Overcast, and very windy.

Started on the water at 8:30 AM. Was a good day for numbers of fish, but nothing over 1 lb. today. Had 25 exclusivly on a Shadow Rap Jerk Bait. They woudn’t take anything else. With the wind, and rough surface water, Top water was out. Tried several bottom lures, Plastic worms, Lizard, Chatter Bait, and Jigs. Was hard going in the bottom grass all over that lake, and no takers. Had to get off the water due to wind about 12:30, just got to be too much. Hey...25 fish in 4 hrs. is a good day regardless of the wind.
