Total Fish/Sizes : Caught plenty of 1.5 pound fish, but only a few over 2.5 pounds

Having fished the lake a couple of times a year over the last five years one thing is notably different:

The water is super-clear.  Clear as glass.  I wonder if a weed-poisoning procedure has taken place (I’m not an expert, but maybe a bit too successful?)

One other small item:  The boat that is currently functional is missing its anchor.  The electric motor still works, but no anchor.  Tough for windy days.  (Didn’t feel like it was my place to remove the anchor from the other, non-functioning boat.)
