Jim Collins and I fished Blackjack Ranch on March 10, 2022.  We arrived mid-morning and fished until mid-afternoon.  Nice weather with temperatures rising to the low 70’s; clear skies and an intermitten breeze.  We fished from the dock and the banks only.  We caught a total of 14 bass and culled 7.  Water was clear.  Fish were healthy and put up a nice fight, even the smaller ones.   Caught most of the fish off the dock and/or the nearby banks.  Fished others portions of the lake with no luck.  The bite was best in the morning and early afternoon; almost stopping totally after about 2 in the afternoon.  Overall, we had a great day at a beautiful location.
