Total Fish/Sizes : 16 total bass with 15 over 16". Sizes ranged from 3 lbs. to 6.5 lbs. with most in the 4-5 lb. range.
Lures Used : The most bass were caught on chatterbaits and flukes/flushes. One bass on a spinnerbait .

Great day at Hat and Star! Weather was cloudy most of the day with gusty winds. The fish we caught were shallow and feeding on shad. There were a few beds, but with the wind and lack of sun, it was difficult to determine if there were fish on the beds. We did not catch any fish in deep water although they were visible on the electronics. Property is extermely well maintained...we will definitely be back!!
