Total Fish/Sizes : 60, largest 3.5lbs, a dozen in the 2.5-3 lb range, and many in the 15in range
Lures Used : mostly orange crankbaits and silver torpedos on late topwater action

Arrived at noon. The wind picked up 10+ mph before we got the boat launched and gusted up to 25 mph until the last hour of fishing when we could work the banks with topwater lures. During the day, about the only way we could fish without running the battery down was to start at the shallow end and fish the middle using the anchor then move down about 50 yards. We kept doing that until we got to the dam and then repeat. We chunked cranks with the wind, fishing open water, letting the cranks sink about 5ft to avoid the weeds/slime. We had about 15 “baby bass” get off right at the boat or we would have culled close to 40. Nearly all of the bass were skinny. All of the fish we cleaned had nothing in their guts. This report is for me and my guest. The other member and his guest caught 32 and culled 10. Total for the day was 92 and culled 32. The water was clear to 5 ft with weed beds close to surface and around the banks. Great day but beaten up by the wind after 8 hours of fishing.
