My uncle and I fished here for the 2nd time this year on 5/31. On the water from 7am to 4pm. The lake is down even more from our last trip. I would say the lake is down about 4-6 feet. With the lake being so low, the grass is starting to take over. We were only able to fish about half of the water we did last trip. We fought 20mph plus winds all day but were still able to catch them. Most of my fish were caught on a chartreuse zoom lizard or a white and chartreuse chatterbait. My uncle had good success on a wacky worm. Most of our fish were caught in the deeper water by the dam or in the standing timber straight off from the boat launch. Culled 18 and returned 17. Caught fish anywhere from dinks to a couple just over 4 pounds. All in all, a great trip.
