I took my 7 yr old out today. He had the time of his life hooking a “monster”.  Most of my time was looking after him. 
 

We started fishing around 8 and fished for 3 hours. We started slow on the shallow end. I caught two slots quickly off of the moss with a square lip crank bait in perch color. My son fished with a spinner off and on all day with no bite on it. We went down to the dam and switched to flukes. They preferred watermelon red over natural bass color. 
 

Overall, my day was made with a smile so big that almost needed two side by side photos to catch it all! Thank you PWF, and the owner of the lake for allowing me to create a memory for the little guy.
