Nice day of fishing at NE lake. Lake is down and launching was very  muddy from recent rain.  Fish actively feeding on baitfish along shorelines and responded to topwater frogs. Most catches of the time spent fishing were scattered around the lake and in no particular area. The bass looked healthy and fought well. This is the second visit to this lake and was not disappointing but rather very enjoyable.
