Fished from 7am to 1pm with clear skies and temps up near 95.  Caught 15 or so bass, 7 dinks with the biggest probably pushing close to 5lbs. The pattern was pretty simple, I found the dinks in shallow water and the larger ones were out deeper. First big one came as I walked the bank early in the morning and caught on a hollow belly frog.  The largest one caught in open water while hard jigging a ribbed swim bait. Several other caught on TRIG or drop shot and only a couple on a flat sided crank. There has to be close to $1,000 in lures lost in the big submerged trees, half of which is mine.  My 3rd time out at Pecan and I really like the variability of the weed line, depths, structure and all the timber. Had a chance to chat with Craig the land owner at the end of the trip and really enjoy hearing about all the property and fish mgmt practices.
