I have been wanting to fish this lake for some time. What awesome property.  I took a buddy of mine and we arrived at the lake around 7 am. The road/trail to get to the lake was not bad at all. I do have 4 wheel drive but really did not need it. The Club boat has some leaks in it so make sure to bring a bucket.  The weather was perfect, no wind, the lake was glass. It is a wonderful spot. I tried top water a few times and got zero interest and always went back the plastics. We caught 2 fish that were 3-4lbs and the others were all 1.5-2lbs. We lost several nice fish at the boat as well. We had most of the action on the south east corner side and middle east bank area. We only fished a half day. Next time, I will do a full day, I can’t wait to go back to this location.
