It’s just too nice to not be fishing this week! Cut out of work early and was on the water by 4:15 PM. Fished until dark and managed to get 11 in the boat (4 were harvested). Lots of flooded grass around the edges and found all fish in these grasses or on the edges. Watermelon senkos (wacky-rigged) were very successful. Had some good topwater hits at dusk. Good to see that action coming alive as the weather warms up and bugs come out.
