Started day throwing a white/chartreuse buzzbait and had some great luck, landed 9 with biggest at 2.8 lbs and then made the switch to plastic worms in plum color , swimbaits in white, spinnerbait in chartreuse and caught fish the remainder of the day with the biggest at 3lbs. The lake water level is down somewhat but it didn't seem to effect the bite and the grass is also receding a bit, and where we also caught all the fish around the lake perimeter. We caught fish all around the lake with no concentration in a specific area. Beautiful day, outstanding property and great day spent fishing. The fish looked very healthy,  put up good if not sometimes tremendous fights for the sizes caught. Definitely will return for another round!
