I bank fished at BlackJack Ranch on September 29 with Ralph Deleonardise.  The lake is low, probalby about 2 feet and there is quite a lot of vegetation throughout the lake. It was pretty dense at the shorelines but still present even at the end of the pier. We ended up catching 10 bass, with nine of them culled.  Most of the bass were caught on worms and senko but a topwater lure caught one. One Crappie was caught on a plastic worm. Lake was in good shape with easy access.
