Weather: storms that ended mid morning then clear 87 degrees.
Water temp: morning 73 mid afternoon 82 and clear.
Fishing: non stop…. caught fish all day!
Depth: 1-7’
Lures: Zoom plastics, buzz baits, spinner baits
Fish size: avg. 2.5 - 3 lbs.  at least 6 fish 4.5 - 5 lbs.
Total: 65-70
Harvest: 34
Notes: fished with member Richard Tedder.  Not to many times in a fisherman’s lifetime can you experience a day of fishing like we had. We released a LOT of fish in the 3 lbs range. We met the owner John…. very nice guy invited us back anytime.  Awesome lake!

hey gary, im one of the fishermen that was at sulpher bluf Dear Trail lake the morning yall were on the wrong lake. i see ya found the right place, and did real good. did you catch the fish back up into the thick woods where i had mentioned to you saturday morning? and man that was quite a storm that blew over us…

Phillip that was an experience…. I guess we need to read instruction map a little closer! We caught fish all over the lake… but yes mostly the timber. Yeah the storm worked out for us it hit right before we put in at Timber lake.
