Started the day later than intended as we were watching the weather. The day ended up being a succes after we made our way to the damn. Tried the brush piles and the south point of lake first, I had a feeling though with the wind earlier in the day the bait had moved with the current. Once we hit the damn I tied on a square bill and started cranking parallel to the bank. Landing a 1.5lb LMB, moved down the wall about 20 feet and hit another this time just over 4lb. Next few cast yeiled the biggest of the day, a 5lb LMB. I was able to repeat this pattern with the same crank til sundown landing 2 more 3lb LMB. My guest finally caught one that came in just as the sun was starting to set at 1.5lbs. All in all we had a great day and it was a excellent first PWF experince.
