I love bringing guests to this property! Weather forecast called for light showers in the afternoon. What we got: on and off rain from start to finish. Despite the quality of the weather, the fishing quality was pretty darn good, especially 10am-2pm. After that, the bite slowed significantly.

Temps between 55–65, water clarity 18 inches. Fished the 7-9 foot deep parts of the creek channel with Texas rigged craws with black/blue or plum working best. Caught 14 on this pattern. Caught 3 on a spinner bait in 4-6 feet of water on secondary points. Caught 1 while randomly throwing around a chatterbait just for fun.
