I fished here on Saturday April 6 . No wind. This is a beautiful property. Both lakes can be fished from the bank.. i did not fish the small pond.  The lake is full and just a little murky from the rain. It all looks like a green well manicured park. Fishing was my best ever. Caught 16 , 6 on top water white buzz bait late and the rest on 6 inch plum/purple worm (Zoom). The is generally what i use all the time. Broke several larger ones off and had the worm thrown back at me by a few also. The fish were all in the 1 1/2 to 3 pound range. No dinks. They all fight like a smallmouth bass. Even the smaller ones would pull line off my reel. Great day.
