Lodging is available and descriptions for lodging can be found under the lodging section. Lodging will require you to place a separate reservation. There are two options for overnight stays on the ranch. Consequently, on times when all 4 lakes are reserved, we will only be able to accommodate 2 lodging groups. However, there are more than several motels in Marshall; which is less than 10 miles from the ranch. There is a two adult minimum to fish this site. You may fish multiple lakes during your trip, but each lake requires a separate reservation and a separate charge. For example if you want to fish both Homeplace and Beaver Lake in one day, you need to make a AM Reservation for one lake and a PM Reservation for the other lake. Obviously, both lakes have to be available in order to do this. However, the lakes are large enough and have so much cover switching lakes is not necessary; as one lake is plenty of water for a full day of fishing. Just come back and try another lake. If you have a party of 5 or more, you may reserve two lakes. We suggest two lakes that are next to each other.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST fish the lake that you reserve. You CANNOT drive around the ranch, this is an active whitetail ranch for breeding/hunting. Please, use caution to avoid damaging driving paths.

The Owners Retreat
There are two lodging options while staying at the Heartland 10-10 Ranch. The first option is staying at the home of the owner. When you enter this 3500+ square foot, 5 bedroom home you will be greeted with what I believe to be one of the coolest fish mount of taxidermied largemouth bass I have ever seen. It truly is a must see. There are fourteen 8 to 12 lb bass caught on a single trip by two anglers on a private lake in Louisiana. This home is available only on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights when the owner is at the ranch and stays in the home with you. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for you to use and it comfortably sleeps 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have two queen beds in each room and 2 of the bedrooms have one queen bed in each room. There is a huge living and dining area with taxidermied mounts from various hunts and fishing trips. You will see 200+ Boone and Crockett deer, moose, peacock bass, largemouth bass, bluegill, bear, and even a wolverine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large side by side stainless refrigerator. There is a huge wraparound porch with fire ring, outdoor dining tables for 12, porch swing, gas grill and huge charcoal grill for grilling that 16 oz bone in Rib eye. All linens, towels, utensils ECT... is provided. Wireless internet while slow, after all you are in the country, is available. The living area provides a large TV with all the satellite channels. Other than your food, you need to bring nothing. Lodging is $200 a night for two people and $15 for each additional person.
The Trailer
As the name implies, this is a simple but clean two bedroom trailer with two queen beds in one room and the second room has a trundle bed with two single beds. The trailer sleeps 4 people; 5 if someone sleeps on the couch and 6 people if one can sleep on a cot. There is a full kitchen with everything but a dishwasher. The living area has a couch, recliner and 42 inch flat screen TV with basic cable. Linens and towels will be provided. You are expected to pick up after yourself and leave the trailer cleaner than you found it. Lodging is $100 per night for two people and $15 for each additional person.
