If you're looking for excellent fishing off the beaten path this is the place for you. This property is quiet and near the top of the list for beauty and lake construction. This 30-acre lake was built in 2008 and stocked with forage. Bass were not added until 2010 allowing an incredible forage base to be built, which grew some big bass quickly. The maximum water depth is 35 feet with lots of 10 to 20-foot water that gets deep quick. The lake was built with fishing in mind. There is an island, humps, points, creeks, brush piles and the place just looks "fishy". The boat launch area is unimproved and launching anything more than a medium-sized aluminum boat is not recommended.

***Gate Slides open and there are two locks on the gate. You will need to open both locks to get in. There is a chain with lock between the two gates. There is a second lock that is at the tail end of the right paneled gate. Please lock the gates back properly***
