JZS Ranch is conveniently located just 45 minutes South of Tulsa and about 2 hours East of Oklahoma City. The ranch offers a scenic rural setting with rolling hills, cattle, and 4 private lakes, each brimming with bass. This is an ideal spot for anglers looking to enjoy a peaceful, yet productive, fishing experience.

Lake Details:

  • Size: None of the 4 lakes are larger than 5 acres, making them accessible and perfect for anglers who enjoy bank fishing. All lakes can be easily covered from the shore, and each provides great opportunities for a successful fishing outing.
  • Fishing Conditions:
    • Electrofishing Surveys: The lake survey revealed a high density of bass in the 14-15 inch range. While there are plenty of fish to catch, these are not the typical "dinks" that can overpopulate a lake.
    • Size Range: Follow-up test fishing produced bass weighing over 6 lbs, as well as several other solid fish, confirming that these lakes have a healthy and diverse bass population.

Fishing from the Shore:

  • Since there are no boats available on the property, bank fishing is the primary method of fishing. This is a great opportunity for anglers who prefer fishing from the shore. Alternatively, you can bring your own small boat or kayak to access different areas of the lakes more easily.
