11 acres of Heaven sit just a few miles north of Gainsville. This lake has humps, points, islands, trees, deep water and shallow water. But, most importantly has lots of big bass. The lake has been under intense management for the past few years. The forage base is bluegill and gizzard shad and in the summer Tilapia are added. Water depth is over 18 feet with several humps that come to just a few feet from the surface in the middle of the lake. The lake does have slab crappie that exceed 16 inches. There is a nice mini pontoon boat and a concrete boat ramp for members to use. You will need your own trolling motor and your own battery. The gate is a key pad entrance with an all weather rock road to the lake. A lake this well built, this well managed and so close to the northern suburbs of DFW is a real treat.

Please note that we are not removing bass of any size at this location.
