About Lake Picachos

Lake Picachos is Mexico’s newest and hottest bass lake, a real bass factory!!!  Catch rates average over 100 per boat per day!

We consistently get great feedback on the service, the food and the guides.  Lodging consists of 10 houses -  each house consists of 2 bedrooms, a small living room area and a bathroom/shower.  It also includes a dining facility and bar that overlook beautiful Lake Picachos from a bluff just above the water.

About Lake El Salto

Mexico’s Lake El Salto is the most famous bass fishing lake in the world. This reputation has been due to the thousands of huge bass that have been caught and released back in to the lake by Americans. Lodging is a six building camp with a restaurant overlooking beautiful Lake El Salto. Each house has its own private bathroom complete with shower. The restaurant has a large 20-ft indoor aquarium with trophy bass exceeding 10 lbs and you will be able to keep up with your favorite sports team at Club El Salto with its satellite T.V.

PWF President, Steve Alexander, had a chance to fish El Salto last February for 1.5 days.  The afternoon of the second day he personally had 14 fish over 5 lbs and the best 5 went 33 lbs in one afternoon of fishing!  Steve said "It reminded me of El Salto of 10 years ago, El Salto is back!"
