You are welcome to fish any of the three lakes with a single reservation. There is only one club provided boat, which sits on the smallest and likely the best of the 3 lakes; Golden Pond. New Property Valley Mills - Live Oak Creek!

Date Posted: 3/1/2019
Live Oak Creek Lake is 10 acres and chocked full of bass. This is a numbers lake, with lots of fish in the 2 lb category. This lake is perfect for the angler  who wants to catch a bunch of solid fish, not just dinks. The lake has a large channel that runs from the mouth of the creek and runs on the western side of the lake. Bluegill and Red Ear Sunfish have been stocked as forage for the bass. We believe there are no crappie, but the lake does have catfish.

New Property Dunay - Lake Encino!

Date Posted: 3/1/2019
Lake Encino is 15-20 acres depending on water level. Like most south Texas lakes, the size varies depending on yearly rain fall. We have seen the lake as small lake 8 acres in the drought and as large as 23 acres when flooded. There are some large trees throughout the lake and water to 22 feet. Red Ear Sunfish, Coppernose Bluegill are the primary food source. Lake record bass in 10.5 lbs . There is not an improved boat launch, but the ground is hard and launching boats up to 17 feet from the emergency spillway should not be a…

Accessing Properties During Wet Spring

Date Posted: 9/27/2018
Texas typically receive an average of 3-5 inches of rain each month during the transition of summer - fall - winter. We have had a very wet year, and some of our fishing properties will be less accessible by vehicle.    Check the weather conditions before making a reservation and check the weather again prior to your reservation taking place. When using private property road & pathways please be aware of your surroundings, get out of your vehicle to test ground if you need to. Actively avoid leaving wheel ruts on roadways as this degrades the path for other members, and leaves many owners unhappy.
