This year's rules are as follows:

General Rules:

Contest starts Saturday, January 1st, 2021 and ends May 31st, 2021.

The contest is based on length (longest fish wins), so please have a measuring stick ready for when you land the big one!

The mouth must be completely closed and pushed against the vertical portion of the measuring stick, do not pinch the tail. Failure to do so will result in a penalty.**

A fishing report detailing your trip and picture with unique identifier is required within 72 hours for each entry.

Entry is a one time fee per person of $25 each.

All club lakes qualify. (Fish caught in lakes outside the club do not qualify)

In the event of a tie, we will choose the person who entered the big bass contest first.

Second tie breaker will be who submitted their catch first.

Pictures:

Pictures must be submitted to our company email, info@privatewaterfishing.com to be valid.

A picture of the fish on a "Check-It Stik" or similar measuring device must be submitted. (Do not use a ruler, tape measure etc..).

Picture must be submitted by email within 72 hours of your trip.

Pictures must include this year's unique identifier, this year it is a mask (bandana, towel or other makeshift face covering will suffice, but we're looking for some COVID creativity here).

Please also send us a picture of you holding the fish and let us know how much it weighed.

Measurement:

*The mouth of the fish must be completely closed and pushed all the way up against the vertical piece at the end of your measuring stick. Do not pinch the tail. ***Failure to measure your fish with the mouth completely closed will result in the length of the fish being docked 1/2 in***. This is a fun event for members, please be sure and follow the rules!*

Measure to the closest 1/8 inch; we will round-down to the nearest 1/4 inch.

Please contact the club office by email or by phone to enter this year's contest.

A picture of the fish on a "Check-It Stik" or similar measuring device must be submitted.
(Make sure your measuring board is suitable for long bass measuring 25-27 inches)
